Please read these Terms carefully. They explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Dorevion ("Dorevion", "we", "us"), a business operated by Osariemen Gift Abhulimen (sole proprietor, registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission pending) of Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. They cover your use of our website at dorevion.com and of the products and services we operate, including ReplyBoltGo (together, the "Services").
By visiting the website, creating an account or using a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. If you use a Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business, and "you" includes it.
2. Our Services
Dorevion is a technology group building across AI systems, digital worlds, open networks, research and media. Our website describes the group and its direction. Our products are offered separately, and some are in development; the website's mention of a future product is not a promise that it will launch, or launch on a particular date.
ReplyBoltGo
ReplyBoltGo is an AI-powered customer-reply service for businesses. A business (a "Vendor") connects its Telegram bot, adds its business details, knowledge base and product catalogue, and the service writes replies to the Vendor's customers using that information. WhatsApp and other channels may be added later and are not available unless we say so.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter a contract.
- Give accurate, current information when you register and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password and any connected tokens (for example, your Telegram bot token) secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@dorevion.com if you think it has been misused.
- You may sign in with email and password or with Google. If you use Google sign-in, we receive only the profile details described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- break any law or regulation that applies to you or your business, including consumer protection, advertising, data protection and sales laws;
- sell or promote illegal goods or services, or goods you are not permitted to sell, including age-restricted goods without proper safeguards;
- enter or send content that is fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, infringing or otherwise unlawful;
- run a deceptive storefront or mislead customers about who you are, what you sell or what they will receive;
- make a bot collect card numbers, passwords or other sensitive payment details from customers;
- send spam, or use the Services in a way that breaks the rules of a platform they connect to (for example Telegram's terms);
- probe, attack, overload or reverse-engineer the Services, or try to access data that is not yours;
- use outputs or data from the Services to build a competing product.
We may review content that is reported or flagged, and may remove content or suspend accounts that break this section.
5. ReplyBoltGo: AI replies and your responsibilities
ReplyBoltGo is designed to answer from the information you provide and to say when it does not know. AI systems can still be wrong, incomplete or out of date. By using it you agree that:
- You control the source information. You are responsible for the accuracy of your business profile, knowledge base, prices, stock status and policies, because they shape what customers are told.
- You are responsible for your customer relationships. Any sale, promise, refund or dispute that comes from a chat is between you and your customer. Dorevion is not a party to it, and we do not process payments between Vendors and their customers.
- You should monitor your inbox. You can see conversations and take over a chat at any time. Please do so for anything important, sensitive or high value.
- You must handle customer data lawfully. You decide why and how your customers' messages are used, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis and giving any notices required by law. See our Privacy Policy for how roles are divided.
- Do not rely on it for professional advice. Do not set it up to give medical, legal, financial or other regulated advice.
6. Plans, fees and billing
ReplyBoltGo offers a 14-day free trial with Starter limits and no card required. After the trial, paid plans are priced and limited as shown in the ReplyBoltGo pricing section, which forms part of these Terms. At the date above, payments are confirmed manually after a bank transfer or payment link; billing rules for renewals, upgrades, downgrades and top-up packs are set out in ReplyBoltGo's own terms at the time of purchase.
- Prices may change. We will tell you before a change affects you.
- Payments are not refundable once made, except where the law requires, or as stated in the ReplyBoltGo Refund Policy.
- If a plan ends, the bot pauses after any stated grace period. Your data is not deleted at that moment; see our Privacy Policy for retention.
- You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.
7. Third-party services
The Services rely on third parties such as Telegram, Google, our hosting and AI providers, and (in future) payment processors. Your use of those platforms is also covered by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages or restrictions imposed by them, even where those affect how our Services work.
8. Intellectual property
Dorevion, ReplyBoltGo and our logos, designs, software and content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Services as these Terms allow. You may not copy, sell or exploit our brand or software except as permitted in writing.
Your content. You keep ownership of the business information, product data and other content you add. You give us a licence to host, process and display it solely to run, secure and improve the Services for you, for example to write AI replies to your customers. We may use aggregated, de-identified usage information to improve the Services.
Feedback. If you send ideas or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that AI-generated content will always be accurate, complete or suitable for your purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Dorevion is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profit, lost sales, lost customers or damage to reputation, including loss that comes from an AI reply. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to compensate us for loss arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your unlawful use of the Services, to the extent the law allows.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, legal requirement, or risk to the Services or other users, and will give notice where reasonably possible. Sections that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, liability and governing law) survive termination.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms or the Services. For important changes we will give notice, for example by email or in the dashboard. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, you accept it. If you do not accept it, you should stop using the Services.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. If that does not work, the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction, unless the law of your home country gives you mandatory rights to go elsewhere.
